Bug fixes in the Pitch and Business Plan module

• Fixed an issue where on some occasions the undo/redo functionality wasn’t working properly.
• Resolved an issue where numbers/bullets of ordered/unordered list were not inheriting the text color from the previous (if on new line) or current list item.
